overview
A company homepage was already performing well for search engines and converting visitors effectively — but the design hadn't kept up with where the web was going. The goal was to modernize the UI, tighten performance, and push it from good to best-in-class.
the problem
The site was optimized for search engines and converting visitors, but the design and tech were falling behind. As competitors raised the bar on visual quality and performance, staying still meant falling back. The team needed to bring it up to current standards without breaking what was already working.
the solution
I was one of the frontend engineers on this project, responsible for implementing responsive UI components and integrating them into the existing Nuxt.js architecture. We modernized the visual design, improved performance across the board, and applied current SEO patterns throughout — all while keeping the existing content and structure intact.
